1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, age confirmation, Chicago-area connection, member role, profile details, preferences, correspondence, reports, and support history. If identity review is offered, we will explain the process and provider before collection.

We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, security events, and cookie identifiers. Payment providers may process billing data directly; we do not need to receive complete card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use information to review requests; operate, secure, and improve the service; provide support; moderate content and conduct; detect fraud or abuse; communicate service updates; enforce our rules; comply with law; and protect members, the public, and our rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive profile details for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, analytics, security, identity review, moderation, payment processing, or customer care under contractual limits. Profile information may be visible to other approved members according to the controls provided.

8. Illinois privacy and biometric information

We do not collect biometric identifiers through this public website. If a future identity process uses face geometry or another biometric identifier, we will provide a separate written notice and consent process describing purpose, retention, deletion, and the responsible provider before collection.

9. Age limits

The service is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor supplied information, contact privacy@sugardaddychicago.com so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

10. International use

The service is directed to people with a Chicago connection. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where providers operate. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for transfers.

We may revise this policy as the service, law, or our practices change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the site or by email when appropriate.
